How it works

Choose a payment plan and subscribe to Lessfuss. We offer a monthly subscription, and a range of no obligation, prepaid / pay-as-you-go packages.

Once you have task credits on your account you can email your request to tasks@lessfuss.co.za, or log in and submit your task online. Once you have created your task, one of our assistants will be in touch with you via the email address you provided.

What counts as a task?

We define a task as a job that can be completed using a computer and telephone. It should be relatively short (15-30 minutes) and something that can be completed within the expected timeframe. If the task is something big (e.g. plan my wedding, or help me move), we will respond by helping you to break it down into smaller, more manageable tasks (e.g. florist quotes, hairdresser appointments or finding available house/flat rentals by suburb).

Who does the work?

Lessfuss has a team of talented and experienced assistants who are available to help. You will never have to worry if an assistant gets sick, or takes a holiday. We are a reliable, dedicated, and personal service; we won’t farm your request out to dodgy providers or sell your details to direct marketers. We strive for quick, high-quality responses by locals who understand you (so you never have to explain what "now now" means).

We take on the hard work of dealing with unreliable providers and poor customer service.
