About the company

Founded by four friends in early 2011, Lessfuss grew from our desire to spend more time on the things we love doing, and less time on the curve-balls life throws at you. Lessfuss Assistants CC is a Cape Town-registered and operated business, but, operates nationally in South Africa as a web- and email-based service.

Our customers and assistants are the bedrock of our business, and we strive to keep that idea at the core of all our decisions.

The people behind the company

Bradley Whittington fears admin work. As the guy who spends his days solving technical problems he lacks the skills personal assistants employ to effortlessly glide through problems and paperwork. He got involved with Lessfuss to help ensure that people who suffer debilitating allergic reactions to admin have a company they can rely on. With a wealth of experience in everything from copywriting and PR to research, Jennifer Poole is capable of destroying administrative work, and writing about it in a way that makes it all seem a little less daunting. Jen is the first port of call when it comes to getting things done for our customers, and the last person to look over content we publish on our website, blog and emails. Marije Pierson adds a level-headed sensibility to the team behind Lessfuss; with a history in customer service, research and operations, Marije’s role is to keep everything running smoothly.
